SB County Headstart/Early Headstart Policy Council We are the Early Headstart and Headstart Policy Council for San Bernardino County.

Policy Council is the parent and community representative body that participates in the process of making decisions about the operation of the overall program The Preschool Services Department (PSD) Policy Council is composed of one parent representative from each site, plus community representatives from various areas of the County. Members of the Council have various responsibilities that range

from approval of the Headstart/Early Headstart program's budget to approval of hiring/terminations of PSD staff.

COMMUNITY EVENT: Nicholson Center Grand Opening on April 29th, 2011 starting at 9:00 AM. 2,000 people expected...jumpers....vendors....resources....games. Please come out and support this event. PSD will have a resource table. If anyone is interested in volunteering please let us know.
