SBVC Networking Club. We celebrate the act of networking. We put the community in community college. We connect students together professionally, and we connect students together socially.

What is networking?
Basically, you are at the center. All around you are your primary contacts, each of them have their own circle, and each of those people have their own circle, and so on. It all connects like a spider web. The magic comes when you say you are working on a project or looking for a better job or seeking a mentor or something, and someone in your network says “I can’t help you but I know someone who can, let me introduce you to them."
Networking is not something you start the moment you’re looking for something. It’s a lifelong thing: strengthening your network.
