KITS - Karnig Infant-Toddler Success

KITS - Karnig Infant-Toddler Success The Karnig Infant-Toddler Success Program is part of the Making Hope Happen Foundation & is for families with kids ages 0-5.

80-85% of babies' brains are developed by the time they are 36 months old. Our research-based program is designed to help parents, grandparents and caregivers make the most of this important time. Our program helps you to:

• Better understand what your baby wants and needs
• Create a happier home with fewer tantrums
• Improve your baby’s ability to learn for school &


Parenting classes are held

throughout San Bernardino in easily accessible locations like public schools or hospitals. Classes include:

- 8 two-hour classes held twice a week for four weeks
- Free childcare and a meal for adults & children
- Quarterly follow up meetings to help you along
- Free books to take home so you can read to your baby
- Classes are held in English or Spanish
- Day and evening classes are available
- Open to parents, grandparents, and caregivers of children ages 0-36 months (including pregnant moms)
- Classes are taught by parent educators trained at CSUSB’s Institute for Child Development & Family Relations
- A safe and supportive environment is provided for parents and caregivers to share their challenges and successes in their most important role.
- GRADUATES RECEIVE A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION

-yoga for parents from 9am-10am (childcare for ages 0-5 included for attending families)
-crafting hour for families from 10am-11am

Change of Plans: Visión y Compromiso will join us for a presentation on another day. Instead, on Wednesday, June 10th parents will get to enjoy our usual hour of yoga from 9am-10am followed by a Parent Book Club + Coloring!
