We are so sad to say that Kash was killed 💔😭

Devore’s new policy is once an animal is labeled as urgent, rescue only or on euthanasia list, they will kill same day or next day without notice.

We told Devore that there was an adopter and that we were trying to find a rescue to back him and pull him. They never emailed to let us know his time was up. This needs to stop.

Kash didn’t need or deserve to be killed. No animal does.

We are so sorry Kash, we tried our best to save you. You were loved ♥️

Please share for rescue! Kash was being fostered by a private party and got out and was picked up by animal control! The people cannot foster him again because he would escape when left alone outside.

Kash is a sweetheart! Good with other dogs, cats and kids. He loves to cuddle and be by his people!!

One more life saved from Devore shelter ❤️

Ranch now named Wyatt is the newest member of the Crusty Crew & we could not be any happier!

He just arrived to our vet to began much needed medical care (roota to the freaking toota you know how we roll).

📝 Invoice & surgery estimate is in this post totaling $1752.00 & we need our villages help to get these costs paid! 📝

Wyatt is underweight & his skin is horrendous so he will receive a series of medicated baths to relieve discomfort & get him feeling better.

He also needs to be eating regularly as he currently does not seem to be too interested.

Surgery will have to wait for neuter, mass removal & dental until he is in better shape & provided bloodwork says he is healthy to undergo anesthesia.

Prudence wants to know...

Where is everyone? She needs help!

Ranch deserves a chance & we are going to give that to him but we need your help!!!

Normally, we would not pull a dog without medical sponsorship already in place but given we did not have much time to fundraise & given he must leave Devore tomorrow or lose his life, we are taking a leap of faith & coming to our village now to help us raise funds towards medical costs while we still have time to do it!

Foster & medical sponsorship needed ASAP ~ 🆘️RESCUE URGENT 🆘️

We would absolutely love to pull Ranch but MUST secure solid hospice foster AND solid medical sponsorship in order to be able to do so.

Dogs like Ranch are deserving of kindness, compassion & love & we would love to be the rescue to give him the opportunity.

■■ MUST HAVE Rescue commitment and pick up by closing on 9/02. ■■

08/24/26 RVT observed diarrhea 7/7 in kennel. Dog had canned food left in bowl that did not appear to have been touched. RVT performed Parvo Test and Giardia Test. Parvo Test (-) Negative/ Giardia Test (-) Negative. MM pink/moist/ PD 2+/ good skin turgor noted. Removed old canned food and gave a new bowl with new mixed canned food and new bowl of water. Per SOP: (15 lbs) Pro Pectalin Tab 1 tab BID x 5 days.

Attitude: Quiet, lethargic, marked skin tent delay
EENT: miotic ou (appropriate for conditions), diffuse lenticular opacification ou, green mucoid ocular discharge, green nasal dicharge, 3/4 PD
Integument: unkempt furcoat, ulcerated cauliflower mass right dorsal cranium, darkly pigmented cauliflower mass right face below OD, fur on paws x 4 is f***l stained, nails overgrown x 4 paws
H/L: no cardiac murmur/arrhythmia on auscultation, increased bv sounds cranial lung fields
GI / urogenital: male, 2 testicles descended, mild perianal f***l scalding, doughy abdomen on palpation
Musculoskeletal: ambulatory, weak
Neuro: no overt deficits

A bit behind in posting pupdates so here's a Pippa pupdate! 🩷

After leaving Devore, as in true Crusty Crew fashion she went straight to the vet to get required roota to the toota medical completed.

Pippa received bloodwork, f***l, urinalysis, had a dental with 3 extractions, multiple mass removals with biopsy.

She's currently taking time to rest & heal up from her big day.

Pippa is offically ready to find a furever family!

♡ does well with dogs that give her space to explore she's not about that get in her face nonsense, no thank you
♡ not a velcro dog she is more cat like (a few scratches then shes off to go do her own thing)
♡ may require a diaper indoors adopter must be ok with this IF needed

Seniors like Pippa deserve the most loving & safe homes & we will not accept anything less.

🖤 Humus pupdate 🖤

Humus saw the vet on Monday.

Thankfully, by his appointment time he was back to his old self so xrays were not recommended but he will be monitored as well receive meds to relieve any discomfort during the week to air on the side of caution.

We did opt to have a senior panel done to cover all bases & there was not much going on there as well.

Since his appointment Monday it's been smooth sailing & we are so thankful he is back to enjoying life!

🚨Devore dog Kash needs rescue ASAP! 🚨



Kash was being fostered through a private party and kept escaping the yard when left out too long. AC picked him up.The people cannot get him out or continue fostering him.

From what they told us, Kash is a very good dog! He is dog friendly, loves to cuddle with cats, is house trained, doesn’t chew and knows basic commands.

Please help by sharing Kash to reputable rescues in hopes of saving him!
