At California Curb Appeal Real Property Specialists, community impact isn’t something we talk about — it’s something we do.

Our CEO proudly gives back by serving as President of the Building Wealth Initiative (BWI) and by volunteering her time at student-focused events, including Career Day hosted by the Office of Pre-College Programs at California State University San Bernardino.

This year marked the third consecutive year BWI has been invited to present — a testament to the value of empowering students with real-world knowledge. Many attendees returned for a second year, allowing BWI to step up the material to a more intermediate level, and the response was incredible. Students stayed after the session to ask questions, make appointments, and start conversations about how to build wealth intentionally and sustainably.

We believe students deserve as much support as possible — not just academically, but financially and practically — so they can step into adulthood informed, confident, and prepared. With a few simple steps, anyone can begin building wealth, and we’re honored to help share that message.

Giving back in this way is deeply rewarding, and we’re grateful to be part of a community that invests in the next generation. 🌱

We had an incredible time volunteering and presenting at OPP Career Day 2026 at California State University San Bernardino on Thursday, January 8th! 🙌 This marks the 3rd year in a row that Building Wealth Initiative has been invited to share at this amazing event — and we couldn’t be more honored to be asked back again! 🎉

Each year, the Office of Pre-College Programs (OPP) brings together students, families, and community partners to support college and career readiness, academic success, personal development, and opportunities that open doors for future growth. Their programs provide academic guidance, tutoring, college preparatory support, leadership development, and so much more to help students take confident steps toward their dreams.

This year, we leveled up our content to offer more intermediate-level wealth-building material, knowing many attendees were returning from previous years. And what an impact!

We received so much positive feedback — with many participants stopping by after the session to set up appointments and ask questions about building wealth. It’s clear this topic resonates deeply because, truly, with a few simple steps, anyone can start building wealth. 💡💰

We feel incredibly fortunate to be able to share this life-changing information and give back in such a rewarding way. Thank you to the Office of Pre-College Programs for the invitation, and to all the students who engaged with us — your enthusiasm inspires us every year! ❤️

This event is SO fun! The greatest local film producers competed to create the best film they could...in 48 hours. This is a showcase of their final works. It's AWESOME, it's happening in Ontario, and it's a fund raiser for SBVC's incredible film program!

A wild and sleepless yet creative competition weekend, in which teams compete to make the best short fiction film in 48 hours, using a genre, prop, character and line as required elements. Then see it premiered in the local Cinema.
