San Benito Police/Employee Association The San Benito Police/Employee Association is non profit association developed by the Police Officers of San Benito, for the Police Officers of San Benito.

A non profit organization established in 1997. Association was created by San Benito Police Officers who go beyond their call of duty for the community they serve. Most of the events and projects are done on the officers off time. Officers unite on their off time for the sole purpose of helping and giving to the Community.

Today was the unveiling of our beloved Lt. Milton Resendez’s headstone. It was such an honor to have the unveiling during National Police Week. I’d like to thank our newly elected Mayor Pedro Galvan, City Manager Fred Sandoval, and city personnel for being a part of this event. We come together as a collective group to show our continued love and support for all the Resendez family! Long live the memory of Lt. Milton Resendez 💙🚔

We'd like to introduce the four newest professionals we have placed on the road as of last week. Officers Orr, Valadez, Santibanez and Gonzalez were sworn in last Thursday by Chief Perea after having completed the Hidalgo Police Departments Basic Peace Officer Academy. Eqiupped with multiple tools and training under their belts, we are proud to display SBPD's newest and finest. Your hard work and dedication in the academy has paid off and we hope you enjoy your law enforcement careers for many years to come. Please help us welcome them to the community and provide them some well wishes.
