We had a fantastic turnout tonight. Thank you! The remaining checks will be distributed around the county. THERE WILL BE NO CHECKS AT RIVER CITY ORAL SURGERY.

East Central checks will go to the school tomorrow.
St. Hedwig 4-H checks will go to the club this week.
Madison/AMP checks will go to the school tomorrow morning.
Southside checks are with the school.
Southwest checks will be at the school tomorrow.
Cornerstone Christian checks will be with the ASTA checks Thursday night.
SACS checks will be distributed at the SACS 4-H area tomorrow morning, Wednesday, 4/22/26, from 7:30am - 8:30am.
ASTA & Helotes 4-H checks will be distributed Thursday night at ASTA. Leftovers will be given to the school & club managers.

Check distribution is TONIGHT between 6:00pm and 8:00pm at the BCJLS grounds. Rain or shine.

You may send a representative to pick-up your check for you. Whoever picks up checks must sign for the checks they receive. Once the checks are signed for, BCJLS is not responsible for them. There is a processing fee for lost checks.

2026-2027 BCJLS Ambassador applications are open and due by 11:59:59pm on April 30, 2026. Applications are available on the Show Information page of our website.

New this year, there is a different application for kids that have never been an Ambassador and returning Ambassadors. The Ambassador program continues to get more competitive!

It's finally here! BCJLS check day will be Tuesday, April 21, 2026 from 6pm - 8pm at the BCJLS grounds at 7701 FM 1346, San Antonio, TX, 78220. You may pick up checks for other people. Whoever picks up checks must sign for the checks they receive. Once the checks are signed for, BCJLS is not responsible for them. There is a processing fee for lost checks.

Exhibitor thank-you notes to buyers are due this coming Tuesday evening, Feb 17, 2026, from 6:30pm - 8pm at the BCJLS office.

Failure to turn in letters on time will result in a 10% penalty. If the letters are not received by March 1, 2026, the sale of the animal will be voided.

Anyone may turn in the letters for an exhibitor, but the exhibitor is responsible for the letters. Exhibitors will not be able to blame their courier for mistakes.

Each letter must be ready to be mailed in an addressed, stamped, and sealed envelope. Exhibitors should use their own return address on the envelope.

Checks will be distributed later, date TBD.
