Morgan’s is a nonprofit enterprise built around seven distinct businesses — Morgan’s Wonderland, Morgan’s Sports, Morgan’s Camp, Morgan’s MAC, Morgan’s Inclusion Institute, Morgan’s Wonder Care, and Morgan’s Hotel— along with five additional endeavors. Over the past 16 years, Morgan’s has welcomed more than 3.8 million guests from all 50 states and 123 countries, supported by hundreds of staff dedicated to demonstrating and teaching the “Morgan’s Way” of creating inclusive spaces and experiences for people of all abilities. Every step brings us closer to a more inclusive workforce! 💜👟

In honor of World Inclusion Day and National Disability Employment Awareness Month, Morgan’s MAC (Multi-Assistance Center), in collaboration with Texas Workforce Commission Vocational Rehabilitation Services, hosted our annual Walk for Work 1K, organized by the Morgan’s MAC Workforce Inclusion Network (WIN).

Following the walk, guests gathered at the Morgan’s Wonderland Event Center to connect with community employer partners and participate in our job fair.

A special thank you to District 9 councilwoman, Misty Spears, and our employer partners for their continued support in creating a more inclusive workforce for individuals of all abilities! 💜

In collaboration with UnitedHealthcare, the Texas Workforce Commission, and Employ210, our Morgan's MAC - Workforce Inclusion Network (WIN) held an Employer Luncheon to honor local employer partners who have helped individuals with disabilities become and stay employed.

Each year, organizations are recognized for their commitment to creating sustainable and inclusive employment opportunities. Gordon Hartman, Morgan's Dad, presented this year's awards alongside Valerie Blackmon, WIN Manager.

Since 2022, Morgan’s MAC has become a beacon of connection, bringing the Disabled Community together with trusted providers, partners, resources, and opportunities across Texas. With over 10,500 MAC members to date, our MAC Navigators help people of all ages and abilities find the right resources.

Today, we celebrate the individuals, families, providers, and community partners who have been part of this journey and continue to make this mission possible. Together, we are making a difference.
