How wonderful to hear what an impact the Raising Highly Capable Kids program can make. Thank you Daily Bread Ministries for partnering with us and creating change in your community!

One of our church partners shared this Story of Hope with us.

"Our church offers a class called Raising Highly Capable Kids through our relationship with Daily Bread and their partners at School Connect SA .

At our most recent graduation, Jerry stood up to share what the class had meant to him.

He attended the course with his ex-wife, and as he reflected on their journey, he shared something that resonated with everyone in the room. For years, he had been trying to raise their children the way he was raised, while she had been trying to raise them the way she was raised. They had never learned how to come together, communicate, or develop a shared vision for their family.

Through this class, that began to change.

Jerry shared that they are talking more, listening to one another, and even having conversations about the hopes and dreams they have for their children. Instead of approaching parenting from two different directions, they are beginning to move toward the same goal.

Will their marriage be restored? We don't know.

But one thing is certain: their children will benefit from parents who are learning to work together, communicate well, and intentionally invest in their future. That is a gift that will shape their lives for years to come."

This is why we are so passionate about equipping local churches here at Daily Bread.

When churches are given practical, biblical tools to strengthen families, the impact reaches far beyond a classroom. It changes conversations around the dinner table, strengthens relationships, and helps parents build a healthier future for the next generation.
