A strong school day deserves an equally meaningful afternoon. The Athenaeum After-School Program at Great Hearts Forest Heights gives students a safe, joyful place to learn, play, build friendships, and continue growing after the final bell rings.
Students have time for homework, participate in hands-on activities, spend time with friends, and enjoy an environment shaped by the same culture and virtues they experience throughout the school day.

The start of the new school year is right around the corner, and our Athenaeum After-School Program team is already eagerly preparing for another wonderful year!

Our Athenaeum After-School Program at Forest Heights is the ultimate blend of fun and hands-on learning. Serving Grades K-5, Athenaeum features unique monthly themes, engaging daily activities, time for homework, and time to socialize with friends.

Signed on this day, 250 years ago.

As one of the most impactful pieces of written work in human history, the American Declaration of Independence stands as a pure reminder of our origins as American citizens and the unified intent of the founders at the birth of our Nation.

Through our classical curriculum at Great Hearts Texas, our scholars are guided through many of the original documents and works from the founding of our Nation, alongside other texts that place them in the context of western cultural tradition. We believe this is a vital part of a classical education with the intention of raising up our scholars as informed and thoughtful members of society.

We wish a happy Independence Day to all our Great Hearts Texas scholars, their families, teachers, and staff.
