Ages 14 and older (Males are welcomed however male and female groups are separate). We are able to offer the group to teens as well.
Are you dealing with trauma, stress, or feeling overwhelmed? Are you someone who has had a history or currently has a situation going on with domestic violence? Are you someone who is looking to build healthy boundaries? Are you someone who is looking to relearn, reflect, and focus on making sense of your worth. Are you someone that wants to feel seen, heard, and valued. You are not alone. This group offers a safe space to learn coping skills and build stability—without pressure to share personal details.

- Identifying needs and lies
- Safety
- Truth & Understanding: Power & Control Games
- Truth & Understanding: Relationship Red Flags
- Rebuilding: How the lies affected Behavior
- Affirmation & Forgiveness
- Hands-on activities, and a safe space to focus on healing and staying safe

Please join our partners 3 Angels for a fun-filled and inclusive Pool Party designed especially for individuals with intellectual disabilities! This exciting event will provide a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment where participants can enjoy swimming, music, games, food, and socializing with friends and community members. Lifeguards and supportive staff will be present to ensure everyone has a positive and enjoyable experience. Families, caregivers, and support staff are welcome to attend and join in the fun. The event promotes friendship, confidence-building, recreation, and community inclusion while creating lasting summer memories for all participants. Bring your swimsuit, towel, and excitement for a day of laughter, connection, and aquatic fun!
