(1). (2) Decrease preventable asthma morbidity.

Purpose: Implement an innovative evidenced-based disease prevention program for children diagnosed with lead poisoning and asthma, and children with asthma only. Reduce the severity of childhood asthma and childhood lead symptoms. (3) Decrease the number of emergency room visits, school absents due to sick days, and decrease number of in home sick days. (4) Improved quality of life for lead/asthma

children and parents. (5) Improve Parental Health Management via health Literacy assessment and Parent Care Management training
