🥎🎁 AN EXTREMELY SPECIAL BIRTHDAY!
Today we want to wish a very special young lady and one of our Catchers/ 3rd Baseman an AMAZING birthday!
Most people probably don't know just how important Adrianne is to the San Antonio Guardians Organization. Long before there were teams, uniforms, practices, games, or even a Guardians organization, there was an idea, and Adrianne was one of two girls who kept pushing me to turn that idea into something real.
In a lot of ways, the Guardians exist today because of her.
Watching this organization grow has been special, but getting to watch Adrianne grow as a player and, more importantly, as a young woman has meant even more to me then what she can imagine. She holds a place in my heart that goes far beyond softball, and I couldn't be prouder of the young woman she is becoming.
Adrianne, never underestimate the impact you've had on the people around you. Something that started with your idea and encouragement has grown into a family that has brought together so many players, coaches, parents, and teams. That's something pretty incredible to be able to say.
I hope today brings you all the happiness you deserve and that this next year gives you even more reasons to smile.
