Team 27 is back for another year with our race shirts and hoodie, in collaboration with rabbit up💜

They’re perfect for the upcoming, but you definitely don’t have to be a runner to sport them. Wear one to the grocery store, to school drop-off, to the gym, or anywhere you want to carry a little piece of our girls with you 🩵

This year, there’s something especially meaningful about the tees: our girls’ signatures are on the back. Twenty-seven names. Twenty-seven girls. Always with us 💛

Every purchase is another way to support Heaven’s 27 and the work we’re continuing in their honor 💙

If you’re running with Team 27, cheering from the sidelines, or just want to show your support, we’d love to see you in one 🩷 https://www.brightlikelucy.org/category/heavens-27

Today, we pause to remember.

It’s hard to believe that one year has passed since the heartbreaking morning of July 4th that forever changed so many lives across Texas. Today, we remember every precious life that was lost, hold their loved ones close in our hearts, and continue to pray for all those forever impacted by that day.

We especially remember the 27 beautiful girls of Heaven’s 27. Their light continues to shine through the love of their families, the strength of their community, and the countless acts of kindness inspired by their lives.

We continue to be humbled to play a very small part in honoring their memories through our Heaven’s 27 Bracelet and Cile Steward Memorial Bracelet. Today, because of this incredible community, we’re honored to donate an additional $20,631 to the Heaven’s 27 Foundation and $3,017 to the Cile Steward Foundation.

Together, we’ve now donated:
✨ $55,597 to the Heaven’s 27 Foundation
✨ $14,851.45 to the Cile Steward Foundation

More than the dollars, these bracelets have become acts of remembrance—symbols of love, hope, and a promise that these beautiful girls will never be forgotten.

We are continually inspired by the Heaven’s 27 families, who have transformed unimaginable grief into purpose by advocating for safer camps and stronger protections for children in Texas and beyond. Their courage and leadership are a remarkable tribute to the girls we all love so deeply.

Today and every day, we remember. We honor. We carry their light forward.

With love and gratitude,

Jessica & the La Lumiere New York Team
