Update on Sanjay Sha- Go fund

SANA has officially transferred $20,726.16 in collected funds to the bank account provided by Sanjay Sah.

Our SANA team, along with many others in our community, worked day and night, making countless calls and reaching out to local community members to ask for support for Sanjay’s travel back to Nepal. Once again, our community came together with a strong commitment to help when support was needed most.

Our fundraising goal has been successfully achieved , and the GoFundMe campaign has now been closed.

SANA sincerely hopes this support provides the financial assistance needed to address the immediate situation and make the necessary arrangements to return to Nepal.

Transparency and accountability are extremely important to SANA. For that reason, we are providing the fundraising details below as a clear record of the funds collected, fees deducted, and the amount transferred:

A Father’s Wish 💔

Our beloved Nepali brother, Sanjay Sha, has been courageously battling Stage 4 cancer. After years of fighting with incredible strength, his doctors have shared that there are no treatment options remaining.

His terminal wish is to return home to Nepal—to hold his precious 3-year-old daughter, embrace his parents, and spend meaningful time with the family he loves most.

He has been medically cleared to fly, but we urgently need to raise $20,000 to cover his airfare and essential travel expenses. His Family has exhausted all their funding in cure and are struggling with daily expenses.

Imagine being separated from your little child during life’s most difficult moments, with only one hope—to be reunited with your family.

This is the time for our Nepali community to come together and stand beside one of our own. Our greatest strength has always been our unity. Today, let’s show Sanjay and his family that they are not alone.
