Welcome to The Dapper Foundation.
Where Priceless Confidence & Style Is Delivered
The roots of The Dapper Project Foundation begin inside the chair of a barbershop.
For years, The Dapper Gentleman wasn’t just a grooming destination — it was a place where men found more than a haircut. They found confidence. They found dignity. They found themselves.
Founder Nathan Olivares noticed a truth that went far beyond style:
When a man feels good about the way he looks, it can completely change the way he carries himself — how he interviews for a job, how he approaches a challenge, how he connects with his community. Grooming was never just about appearance; it was about unlocking self-worth.
But Nathan also saw something else. Too many men and young boys — especially those facing homelessness, financial hardship, illness, or personal setbacks — didn’t have access to the simple services that could restore that feeling. A fresh haircut. A clean shave. A pressed shirt. A polished pair of shoes.
That’s when the idea for The Dapper Project Foundation was born.
Starting with small, local outreach events, Nathan and his team began offering free grooming services, wardrobe assistance, and style mentorship to those in need. Word spread quickly. Before long, the vision expanded: quarterly free haircut events for the community, monthly visits to hospitals and senior homes, outreach to youth centers and homeless shelters, and networking events to connect donors, sponsors, and volunteers.
What began as a personal mission has grown into a nonprofit movement — one dedicated to delivering priceless confidence & style to anyone who needs a hand up, not a handout.
Today, The Dapper Project Foundation stands as a bridge between skill and service, style and substance — where a haircut is the start, but dignity is the true finish.
