🍁 Happy mid-October, Wood PTSA Family! 🎃
Can you believe we’re already halfway through the month? Time is flying!
How is your October going so far? Between fall activities, school routines, and pumpkin-spiced everything, we hope your family is thriving!
🥶 Quick heads up: Looks like a brisk autumn cold front is rolling in this weekend!
We want to know:
* 🧥 Are you and your kiddos actually ready for sweater weather?
* ☕ Are you team hot cocoa, pumpkin spice, or apple c***r to stay warm?
* ❓ Did you find last year's winter coats, or are you hunting through closets trying to figure out how everyone grew two inches overnight?
Drop a comment below with a quick update or your favorite fall photo! Let’s warm up the comment section before the temperature drops! 👇✨

💙 World Mental Health Day 💛

Today is a reminder that mental health matters — for our students, our families, our educators, and every member of our community.

A kind word, a listening ear, or simply checking in with someone can make a meaningful difference. Let’s continue creating communities where people feel seen, supported, valued, and comfortable asking for help.

💙 Take a breath.
💛 Check in.
💙 Reach out.
💛 Be kind to your mind — and to one another.

If you or someone you know is struggling, help is available.

🤠 ONE DAY LEFT FOR LASSO THE LOOT! 🤠
6th grade is currently ridin' high in the lead, but this race isn't over yet! 🐎✨
Can 7th or 8th grade pull off a last-minute comeback? There’s still time to turn the tides!

* Send Pennies Tomorrow: Send your Wrangler to school tomorrow with pennies (and any extra change or bills!) to drop in their grade's jug.
Every penny counts toward claiming victory! 🏆
