AAUW San Antonio AAUW San Antonio has empowered local women for over 100 years! We advance equity for women and girls through education, philanthropy, research and advocacy

Who Can Join? Any graduate holding a baccalaureate degree or an associate degree from a regionally accredited college or university in the United States, or from a foreign institution recognized by the International Federation of University Women is entitled to membership. At the 2005 National Convention AAUW voted to also admit persons with Associate Degrees. There are several types of membership

that are outlined on the membership page. One, established in 1991, is Student Affiliates. These are undergraduate students who are enrolled at either two-year or four-year, regionally accredited educational institutions. If you are interested in joining this AAUW Branch you are invited to the next meeting that will be held on the first Saturday of the month. Look for details in the current Newsletter. For more information call 210 481-7765 for details and to make a luncheon reservation. Or send an email enquiry to Fran Vetters, Membership Vice President. You do not have to be invited to become a member of AAUW. Anyone, female or male, with a four-year degree, an associates degree, or an RN degree from an accredited institution is eligible for membership. Undergraduate College Students who are currently enrolled in either a two-year or four-year accredited institution are eligible for student membership.
