Quick Reminder!

Neighbors, this past Monday the board voted to approve the budget for our association. The day after the meeting there was a miscommunication that was sent out causing confusion for folks who live here. That brings us here, another meeting to re approve the budget. This miscommunication has rightfully raised a lot of questions about what went down, which is why I fought for and ensured that in this meeting homeowners WILL have the opportunity to ask questions regarding the budget. Now, we are asking you to RSVP, so we know who will be able to attend. The meeting will be conducted virtually to ensure everyone whether at home, at work, or wherever, can attend. I encourage you to be present and ask any questions you may have as you, a homeowner, are entitled to. From Day 1 I always said I would fight for transparency and in that fight we received this meeting to have proper transparency and give our residents a voice. In that, please ensure that your questions are constructive not combative as that will not be productive, and or accepted. In the RSVP link you are welcomed to email your questions in advance. Again thank you for the trust you have in me to represent us as homeowners. I take this incredibly seriously. Not because of my position on the board but as your neighbor.
