Every other month, the Climate Ready Neighborhoods network hosts Office Hours for active and registered PODs. This is a dedicated time for the CRN team to connect with you, answer questions, and support you as you move through your 2026 Resilience Plan.

Office Hours are a space for PODs to:
โ€ข Gain clarity on the program and overall process
โ€ข Work on or complete progress reports
โ€ข Troubleshoot challenges or roadblocks
โ€ข Talk through questions, reflections, or areas youโ€™d like support navigating
โ€ข Explore resources available to you and how to use them
โ€ข Get guidance on next steps for your POD projects

Bring your questions, ideas, or even just your curiosity, this is your space to connect, learn, and explore how to make your community more climate ready.

With help from LISC San Antonio, National Association for Latino Community Asset Builders (NALCAB), SACRD.org, and City of San Antonio - Municipal Government's Neighborhood & Housing Services Department, the congregations began to identify their strengths and map their resources to determine where on the spectrum of impact they're best equipped to make a difference:
