NALAC is proud to announce the release of our research report, “A Mirror and a Map: Nurturing Organizational Realities and Navigating Change among Latinx/é Arts and Culture Organizations,” and an accompanying website created with research partners NORC at the University of Chicago with support from The Wallace Foundation.

The report draws from the NALAC 2024 National Latinx/é Arts and Culture Survey, which gathered insights from 493 arts and culture organizations across the U.S., including Puerto Rico, reflecting both the strengths of our communities and the challenges organizations are navigating today—insights that directly shaped the report, website, and the development of a resource toolkit designed to help arts and cultural leaders shape what comes next.
