Congratulations Pieper High School senior Ryan Lopez on being awarded the Jason T Diamond Memorial Scholarship. He plans to attend Texas A&M University and major in engineering. In his application he shared that his decision to attend A&M is simple- it’s where he belongs and the values reflect who he is and who he wants to become. After graduation, he plans to create practical solutions and advance technologies while eventually growing into a leadership role under his own company.

Congratulations Pieper High School senior Katrina Anderson on being awarded the Jason T Diamond Memorial Scholarship. She plans to attend Texas A&M University and major in history with plans to become a teacher.

In her application she shared that she doesn't have a family history at A&M but that the genuine enthusiasm that she hears from graduates is absolutely contagious and she has hopped
onto the A&M bandwagon without hesitation. They also have a water polo team and she is looking forward to continue participation in that sport!

Congratulations Smithson Valley High School senior Bella Edwards on being awarded the Jason T Diamond Memorial Scholarship. She plans to attend Texas A&M University and major in Biomedical Sciences with a minor in Animal Science.

In her application she shared that she choose Texas A&M because of the strong culture, academics, and friendly campus community. Her goal is to apply to the Veterinary School at A&M and become an exotic veterinarian.

Congratulations Bulverde Methodist Church Member and Smithson Valley High School senior Kyle Bierman on being awarded the Jason T Diamond Memorial Scholarship. He plans to attend the University of Texas Austin and major in mechanical engineering.
In his application he shared that he wants to be able to provide a meaningful impact on the people around him and hopefully the world! Through his mother's cancer journey he learned that he is not one to give up and he always persevered even through hard times. In college he wants to pursue his goals in academic achievement, professional growth and development as a person. He wants to start a project that is worth something , solving a real world problem possibly involving renewable energy.

Congratulations Bulverde Methodist Church Member and Pieper High School senior Sydney Andreasen on being awarded the Jason T Diamond Memorial Scholarship. She plans to attend McMurry University and major in elementary education.
In her application she shared that her vision is to graduate and become a kindergarten teacher. She wants her classroom to be a safe and loving place where she can spread the love of Christ to all of her students every day. She also wants to continue to serve the church during the summers as a Vacation Bible School group leader.
