Military Veterans for Christ is honored to announce a new partnership with the PTSD Foundation of America - San Antonio to bring a Warrior Group to the veteran community.

Beginning in July, these meetings will provide a welcoming environment for veterans, active duty military, National Guard, and Reservists to connect with others who understand the unique challenges of military service and life after service.

Led by the PTSD Foundation of America and facilitated by a Texas Certified Peer Support Specialist, Warrior Groups offer an opportunity for discussion, learning practical tools, building resilience, and strengthening connections with fellow veterans. There is never any pressure to speak. Some participants come to share, some come to listen, and some simply come to be among others who understand.

At Military Veterans for Christ, we believe no veteran should have to walk alone. Through partnerships like this, we continue our mission of serving veterans through faith, community, and support.

Today, we honor the courage, sacrifice, and service of women veterans. 🇺🇸

On June 12, 1948, the Women's Armed Services Integration Act was signed into federal law, allowing women to serve as permanent members of the United States Armed Forces. Nearly 70 years later, in 2017, Texas officially established Women Veterans Day to recognize the contributions of the more than 215,000 women veterans who call our state home.

At Military Veterans for Christ, we are grateful for the women who answered the call to serve our nation and who continue to strengthen our communities through their faith, resilience, leadership, and example.

Dear Veterans, Service Members, and Military Spouses,

Join the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and Amazon for a chance to connect directly with Amazon Veteran Ambassadors at a virtual event on June 16, 2026, at 2-3 p.m. ET.

Amazon employs more than 45,000 Veterans across a multitude of businesses and this virtual event aims to highlight the various Amazon military programs available to Veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses and connect them directly with Amazon recruiters and Veterans hiring team.

This virtual event will have break-out sessions that will cover Amazon opportunities including SkillsBridge, Military campus opportunities, apprenticeships, software development, operations, data centers, IT, and reliability and maintenance engineering.

Earlier today I had the opportunity to spend some time helping the Women Veterans of San Antonio prepare for tomorrow's Texas Women Veterans Day event.

It was truly inspiring to see so many women veterans come together in support of one another as they prepared for this special day.

Military Veterans for Christ will have an information table at the event, so if you're attending, please stop by and say hello. All women veterans are invited to come out and enjoy this wonderful event.
