👻🎃 LIGHT THE WAY TO A SAFER HALLOWEEN! 🦇✨

The weekend is calling, and we're getting into the spooky spirit with costumes, Halloween celebrations, and plenty of frightfully good fun! 🕸️🍬💚

But while ghosts and goblins might be lurking around every corner, traffic safety should never disappear! 👀🚗

October is Pedestrian Safety Month, and with Halloween festivities bringing more people out and about, it's especially important to stay alert and look out for everyone sharing our streets! 🚶‍♀️🚦

🎃 Let's keep the scares in the costumes, not on the roads! Slow down in areas with pedestrians, watch carefully at intersections and crosswalks, avoid distractions behind the wheel, and make sure we're visible when walking after dark! 🔦🚘

Another Thursday, another opportunity to celebrate safer choices and the power we have to make a difference on our college campuses! 🙌✨

🚶‍♀️🚦 This week, we're stepping into pedestrian safety! Whether we're rushing to class, meeting up with friends, or exploring our college towns, every step deserves our full attention. With busy intersections, moving vehicles, and everyday distractions, staying alert is essential! 👀

October is Pedestrian Safety Month, and we're celebrating by reminding our campus communities that pedestrian safety is a shared responsibility, both on foot and behind the wheel! 💚

🚦 Let's make every step count! Use sidewalks and designated crosswalks, put our phones away when crossing, and watch for approaching or turning vehicles. When we're behind the wheel, let's slow down near campus, yield to pedestrians, and stay alert for everyone sharing the road! 🚘🚶‍♂️

Who says Halloween fun needs alcohol? We're bringing a little spooky creativity to campus with our U in the Driver Seat Mocktail Happy Hour activity! 🕸️🍬

October is Substance Abuse Prevention Month, making this the perfect opportunity to bring college students together, create delicious alcohol-free drinks, and show that memorable celebrations don't need alcohol! 💚🚗

Halloween season is serving up all the candy, costumes, and spooky celebrations, but not every treat is as harmless as it looks! 🕸️🍭✨

October is Substance Abuse Prevention Month, and we're keeping the conversation going about how edibles and other impairing substances can affect our judgment, reaction time, and ability to drive safely. 🚘⚠️

Whether we're heading to a Halloween party, hanging out with friends, or enjoying a night on the town, the best plans always include a safe way home! 🌙🙌

🍬 Let's make the sweet choice: If we're impaired, let's leave the driving to someone sober, arrange a rideshare, or find another safe way home. And if a friend is about to drive impaired, let's speak up and help them find a safer option! 💚
