Holistic sober housing solutions empowering long-term recovery 90% of all men and women relapse within the first 90 days of leaving treatment or detox.

Without a positive, safe and encouraging environment in which to live these newly recovering individuals hardly stand a chance. And rather than following the program of recovery they inevitably fall back into their old patterns and end up addicted and on the street again. Every day, we help heal the devastating effects of addiction by providing structured residential and assistance programs that reduce & prevent homelessness, unemployment, poverty and crime caused by substance abuse.

This week we celebrated Yvonne, who has officially graduated from our Women's Sober Living Dorm Program! During her time with us, she stepped up as a dorm captain, showing real leadership and setting an example for the women around her. Now she's taking the next big step — moving into her own apartment and continuing to build her life in recovery. We are so proud of her strength and growth, and we can't wait to see all that's ahead for her. Congratulations, Yvonne!

Founded in 2010, Pay It Forward SA has watched over 5,000 individuals walk through our Sober Living Dorm and scholarshipped over 4,000 through our Bridge Program — totaling more than $1.3 million in scholarships. People walk through our doors with nothing but the decision to try again, and walk out with a job, a community, and a future they can see clearly. None of that happens without you. Today, on National Nonprofit Day, we're celebrating everyone who helps us pay it forward. 💙
