San Antonio Potters Guild The San Antonio Potters Guild is a 501c3 non-profit educational and social organization established in 1995.

Membership is open to students, hobbyists, professional ceramicists, and friends and patrons of the Ceramic Arts.

So many divine people help in this Empty Bowls project. 130 bowls were made and trimmed in two days. Ovidio at UTSA Ceramics Dept hosted us. Several of his students helped us: Lydia, Danielle and Izzy showed us where to find all the things we needed and made some bowls. Next stop is Roadrunner Ceramics to glaze in 2 weeks. Maria Gould and Brian Stewart will be prepping our glazes for that using the beautiful workspace at Oblate Clay. Meanwhile clay boxes have been dropped off at Roadrunner, Oblate, THROWIN’ Gold and Breva Creative Makers Space where their studio members will make even more bowls! Our SA Clay community has the. best. folks.
