From provider meet-ups to community events, we’re rounding up spaces where maternal mental health conversations are happening all month long. Whether you’re a provider, birthworker, or community member, we hope this helps you find ways to plug in and stay connected.

May might be coming to a close, but the conversation doesn’t stop here 💙

Maternal mental health matters every single day, not just this month. Whether you’re in the thick of it, supporting someone who is, or continuing your own healing journey, your experience is valid and worthy of care.

Let’s keep showing up for mothers, keep checking in, and keep making space for honest conversations long after May ends.

You are not alone. You are supported. And you deserve to feel well—every season. 💙

PSI Texas now has an online merch store, and every purchase helps support our efforts to provide education, advocacy, connection, and resources for families across Texas navigating perinatal mental health challenges.

Whether you grab a tee, sweatshirt, mug, or sticker, you’re helping support a cause that truly makes a difference for parents and families in our communities.

We’d also love your input! What merch would you like to see in the shop? Drop your ideas in the comments 👇 We want to create items our members and supporters are excited to wear and share.

Thank you for continuing to support our chapter and mission💙

Postpartum anxiety doesn’t always look the way you expect. It can feel like constant worry, racing thoughts, trouble sleeping (even when baby is sleeping), or a sense that something bad is always about to happen. Many moms experience this, but it often goes unrecognized.

This is your reminder that support is available, healing is possible, and reaching out is a sign of strength, not weakness. You deserve to feel supported, calm, and cared for during this season too.

If this resonates with you, know that help is available and effective. You don’t have to manage it all on your own.

Postpartum depression is more than just the “baby blues.” It can show up as persistent sadness, loss of interest in things you once loved, feelings of guilt or worthlessness, or even difficulty bonding with your baby. The truth is, these feelings are more common than people talk about, and you are not alone in experiencing them.

This is your reminder that support is available, healing is possible, and reaching out is a sign of strength, not weakness. You deserve to feel supported, calm, and cared for during this season too.

If this resonates with you, know that help is available and effective. You don’t have to manage it all on your own.

‼️ IN JUST ONE WEEK ‼️

We are proud to highlight the upcoming Maternal Mental Health Symposium hosted by Missing Pieces Support Group (), an event dedicated to supporting families navigating pregnancy and infant loss through education, advocacy, and compassionate care.

This symposium creates space for meaningful conversations, professional learning, and community connection—because no family should navigate maternal mental health challenges alone.
