This week we have the honor of receiving a word from Pastor Rich Scherber. Pastor Rich is the founder and CEO Emeritus of Minnesota Adult and Teen Challenge, where he served for the past 31 years. Prior to this appointment with Teen Challenge, Rich and his family served as missionaries working inside the Black Townships of South Africa during the most dangerous years of Apartheid. He has spent the past 50 years in full-time ministry. Rich has a B.A. from North West University and a Master’s Degree from the University of Wisconsin. Rich was part of the original formation of Haiti Teen Challenge.

Adult & Teen Challenge is a minimum one-year residential program.

Lasting change takes time. Our students aren't simply trying to get through a few weeks or months without drugs or alcohol...they're learning how to build an entirely new way of life.

Throughout the program, students grow in their relationship with Christ, work through biblical curriculum, develop healthy routines and accountability, gain practical work experience, and prepare for life after the program.

We want to give each student the time, structure, and biblical foundation they need to build a life of lasting freedom.

Have you seen our new courts?

We are so thankful for the wonderful supporters who helped make this possible! The men now have 3 pickleball courts and a full-court basketball court to enjoy.

What a blessing to have a place to get outside, exercise, have some fun, and build healthy relationships together. We’re grateful for everyone who continues to invest in the lives of the men at Adult & Teen Challenge!
