Dear Friends of Clarity Christian College,

It is with a heavy heart that I share a difficult update concerning our dear friend, brother, Florida Bible College alumnus, and faithful servant in the ministry of the Gospel, Dan O’Leary.

Dan’s health has declined significantly, and his doctors have informed him and his family that he likely has approximately one month to live. While this news is deeply sobering, we are grateful that Dan is surrounded by loving family, faithful friends, and the abiding presence of the Lord.

Dan has been a man of integrity, faith, and encouragement, and his life has touched many through his love for Christ and His people. Even in this season, Dan continues to reflect a quiet strength and trust in God’s perfect will.

We ask you to join us in prayer—for Dan, for peace and comfort, for strength and grace, and for his family as they walk through these coming days. Pray also that the Lord’s presence would be especially near, and that Dan would experience His peace that surpasses all understanding.

As believers, we grieve, but not as those without hope. Our confidence rests in the promise of eternal life through Jesus Christ, and we trust the Lord with both our questions and our tears.

Thank you for lifting Dan and his loved ones before the throne of grace.

Remembering Joe Alessi

Today, on what would have been his birthday, we pause to remember and honor our dear friend and former board member of Clarity Christian College/Florida Bible College, Joe Alessi.

Joe’s wisdom, faith, and steady leadership helped shape the mission and direction of our college in meaningful ways. His love for the Lord and his heart for ministry continue to inspire all of us who had the privilege of serving alongside him.

Though he is no longer with us, Joe’s legacy of faithfulness and clarity in the Gospel lives on through the students and ministries he helped support. We thank God for his life, his service, and the eternal impact he made for Christ.
