Let me cut to the chase: most of you are wasting time. You’re using “busy” as a crutch and calling it productive. Stop it. Before you roll your eyes or clutch your pearls, hear me out—because, yes, I’m talking to YOU. Every single one of us has fallen into this trap. Every. Single. One.

​We all love to tell ourselves, “Oh, I have it so much harder than women in the past.” Really? Do you? Let’s take a little stroll down history lane, shall we?

​A hundred years ago, women weren’t “juggling careers and kids”—they were out in the field, literally. Picture this: plowing with a team of oxen, baby strapped to their back, toddler running wild in the dirt, while they prayed they wouldn’t lose the whole crop to a drought. Dinner? Forget your DoorDash—it was all scratch-made, every single meal. Clothes? They didn’t stroll into Target for a cute blouse; they made everything by hand.

So tell me again, how hard your life is with your Google calendar, grocery delivery, and the ability to work remotely in yoga pants. Go ahead, I’ll wait.

​Look, I’m not saying your life is easy. I’m saying it’s easier, and yet here you are, buried in the lie of “busy-ness.” You’re spinning plates, but are you actually getting anything done? Or are you just hoping no one notices that those plates don’t matter?

​Here’s the truth bomb you didn’t want to hear: you’re not productive. You’re just busy. You’re addicted to the illusion of effort because it lets you avoid the uncomfortable reality—you’re not moving fast enough.

​You’ve got all the tools, all the tech, all the support, and you’re still letting excuses run the show. You’re stuck in neutral, but you’re acting like you’re in a race. Honey, you’re not even on the track.

​So here’s the deal: if you’re ready to stop hiding behind “busy” and start being productive, this course will light a fire under your ass.
