🦋💚 THANK YOU FOR MAKING THE POLLINATOR TEA PARTY SO SPECIAL! 💚🦋

What a night! We’re still buzzing from an evening filled with pollinators, art, tea, nature, and community at Confluence Park. 🐝🌸🦇

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us, our amazing community partners, artists, volunteers, and everyone who helped bring this celebration to life.

Here’s to the pollinators, the people who protect them, and the wild little wonders that connect us all. 🌿💛

Until next time, keep planting, exploring, and making space for pollinators! 🐝🦋🌱

🌸🦋 Story Time at the Pollinator Tea Party! 🐝🦇

There’s something for our littlest pollinators, too! Join us for stories, songs, creativity, and hands-on fun with Tales with Tessa and the Smithsonian Latino Museum’s Young Ambassadors Program.

📚 Young Ambassadors will share My Sister’s Quinceañera and Please Pass the Tamales, followed by an interactive hands-on activity inspired by the stories.

📖 Tales with Tessa celebrates the joy of raw authoring, using spontaneous mark-making to capture real, everyday stories that matter to us right now. Enjoy books, storytelling, interactive songs, and a multisensory experience for children and adults alike! .tessa

Ready to go on a Pollinator Prowl?

Join us this Saturday, October 10, from 5–9 PM at Confluence Park for the Pollinator Tea Party and explore the tiny creatures that help make our food possible. Did you know pollinators are responsible for at least 1 in every 3 bites of food we eat?

Grab your crew and take part in our Pollinator Prowl, a fun recipe-inspired scavenger hunt that will have you exploring, searching, and learning about the pollinators all around us.

Plus, enjoy Critter Café, art activations, and a costume contest at 7 PM. The fun continues once the sun goes down. Visit the BHP for microscopia projections and blacklighting along the mushroom maker trail!

Free to attend. Register for your ticket and come prowl with us!
