This coming Monday we will begin a yoga class for all levels; at 9:00 AM. Join us using our website or pop in to meet Janice Her as she helps get our body moving.

Our urban retreat lit by natural sunshine and surrounded by the beautiful greens of the fairway, welcomes all to experience the warmth of community, celebrations, and connection.
