🎓 Congratulations, Por Vida Academy Class of 2026!

This week, we celebrate more than diplomas.

We celebrate resilience. We celebrate determination. We celebrate second chances that became life-changing opportunities.

At Por Vida Academy, every graduate has a story. Many of our students faced obstacles that could have prevented them from reaching this milestone, but they showed up, worked hard, and refused to give up on their future.

Today, we are especially proud to recognize our Valedictorian, Alyssa Delgado, and our Salutatorian, Jacob Cantu. Their dedication, leadership, and perseverance have left a lasting mark on our campus, and we are excited to see them continue serving others as they begin their next chapters with the United States Air Force and United States Navy.

To our supporters, thank you.

Because of you, students have a safe place to learn, grow, and pursue their dreams. Because of you, opportunities exist for young people who simply needed someone to believe in them.

The success of our graduates is a reflection of an entire community that continues to invest in brighter futures.

Summertime wiggles are officially here ☀️💃

As we wrap up another beautiful year at Blessed Sacrament Academy, we’re feeling extra grateful for the laughter, growth, joy, and memories shared inside these classrooms every single day. Watching our kiddos dance, learn, and simply be kids is the greatest reminder of why this mission matters so much.

Thank you to our teachers, families, supporters, and community for helping us create a safe, loving place where children can grow and shine. We couldn’t do it without you. Here’s to a summer full of sunshine, smiles, and plenty more wiggles ✨

Happy Friday, everyone! 💙

Yesterday, we had the exciting opportunity to pick up the extra $10,000 we earned from reaching our Champions Fore Charity goal, and we’re still feeling incredibly grateful.

Thank you to every single person who supported, donated, shared, volunteered, and believed in our mission throughout this fundraising season. Because of YOU, we did it!

We’re so proud of our amazing community and committee, and we’re even more excited for everything ahead as we begin celebrating Blessed Sacrament Academy’s 100th anniversary and prepare for this year’s Big Give season. We have a lot of fun things coming soon, and we can’t wait to celebrate together.

This week, we’re celebrating the incredible teachers of the Child Development Center at Blessed Sacrament Academy. ❤️

Behind every lesson, every hug, every moment of encouragement, and every smile is a teacher pouring their heart into helping children feel safe, loved, confident, and supported.

The work they do reaches far beyond the classroom. These educators help shape some of the most important years of a child’s life, and the impact they make can last forever.

To our teachers, thank you for your patience, compassion, creativity, and constant dedication to our children and families. Our community is stronger because of you.

And to everyone who continues to support Blessed Sacrament Academy, thank you. Your support helps make it possible for these incredible educators to continue doing the life-changing work they do every single day. ✨

Before they became Sisters… they were a band.

Meet the Jones sisters, Evelyn, Gladys, Hazel, and Dorothy, a remarkable family whose story is deeply woven into the history of Blessed Sacrament Academy.

Raised by their mother, Mary Loretta Jones, an accomplished musician, the sisters grew up mastering multiple instruments and performing together as a group known as The Jones Girls. By the 1930s, they weren’t just playing locally, they were touring across the country, even performing in places as far as Hawaii.

But their story didn’t stop with music.

After years of performing, the family felt a deeper calling. In 1938, their mother and all four daughters made the extraordinary decision to enter religious life together right here at Blessed Sacrament Academy. Just imagine that moment, a mother and her daughters stepping into a completely new chapter, side by side.

They later took their vows and became:
Sister Pius, Sister Genevieve, Sister Catherine, Sister Dorothy, and Sister Jude.

Even then, they never left their gift behind.

Music remained part of their ministry, and they continued to share it wherever they were called, touching lives, building community, and bringing joy through both faith and talent.

This is what 100 years of Blessed Sacrament Academy looks like.

Stories of purpose. Of transformation. Of families who didn’t just pass through, but became part of something bigger.

Last week was one of those weeks that just reminds us why we do what we do.🫶🏼

We celebrated Week of the Young Child, and every day brought something new, fun, and meaningful for the kids. From music and movement on Monday, to hands-on food experiences, teamwork, creativity, and ending the week surrounded by family, it was full of moments that matter.⭐️

If you look through these photos, you can see it. The smiles, the focus, the curiosity, the little moments of connection. These are the kinds of experiences that turn into core memories. The kind that help children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn.😇

We’re so proud to be able to create an environment where kids are not only cared for, but truly engaged, encouraged, and celebrated.

And none of this happens on its own. It’s because of our families, our supporters, and our community. Whether you’re part of our program, sharing our posts, or supporting in other ways, you’re a part of what makes these moments possible.

That’s a wrap on Champions Fore Charity 2026… and wow, our hearts are full🥹.

Because of you, we didn’t just reach our goal, we felt the power of a community coming together for something bigger. Every donation, every share, every ticket purchased, every bid placed… it all mattered. It all made a difference.

From our Chuck E. Cheese night, to our restaurant fundraisers, to the raffle and silent auction, this was truly a team effort. And whether you gave, shared, showed up, or cheered us on, please know this, you played a part in this.🫶🏼

As we celebrate 100 years of Blessed Sacrament Academy, moments like this remind us why we’re still here… and how we’ll continue to be here for generations to come.❤️
