Our Middle School and Varsity Volleyball teams competed in the TAIAO Regional Tournament this weekend. Both teams gave it their all and finished 5th overall in their divisions.

One of the most powerful things we can teach a student is to become a student of themselves.

Understanding how you learn, recognizing when something isn't working, and knowing what strategies to try next are all part of metacognition. For neurodiverse learners, developing this awareness can be especially valuable in building self-advocacy and independence.
