Don't overlook the role of your subconscious, which fueled your actions and perseverance. Persistence often leads to accomplishment. Sometimes success stems from unexplained intuition. I experienced this phenomenon firsthand when I had a vision in 1983, and subsequent hunches emerged. Despite skepticism from others, I remained confident in my pursuits. Later, studying the subconscious, superconscious, and Ether provided insight into my experiences.

It is generating a lot of impressions but no honest reactions! What is missing from the goal statement?

Terra-Genesis has achieved all its 1983 dream purposes in March 2021. Terra-Genesis owns the American Dream Center at 1400 West Avenue 78201, and the remodeling will be completed on October 30 to start an envisioned Mosaic Self-Empowerment Program (MSEP) targeting working individuals to discover their inner strength and become entrepreneurs. The Center will have a Library, a Community Mosaic Arch Cafe, and Five Private Offices to sustain the Center.

You can be self-empowered and financially stable during your lifetime!!!

You won’t have to worry during your lifetime if something goes wrong—you will have financial freedom.

You can do it for yourself by looking within yourself. That is where the desired ideas can originate, be planted, and grow. Your subconscious will help tremendously. It does not sleep. It takes care of your body and your desires.

I will be starting an envisioned project in 2024 called The Mosaic Self-Empowerment Program (MSEP) at the nonprofit ADC located at 1400 West Avenue and Fresno 78201. The nonprofit owns a commercial building (5400 SQFT) and approved tax property exemption.

We are a small nonprofit but always commit to envisioned programs with limited funding.
