Swing It Foundation A nonprofit aimed at raising awareness for sarcoma as well as funding research and assisting patients and their families.

The Swing It Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established in honor of Issac Tijerina. Issac was a compassionate individual who consistently put others before himself and faced life with unwavering selflessness. During his own battle with sarcoma, he expressed a deep desire to create a foundation that would give back and support patients facing similar challenges. In keeping with his heartfelt vision, the Swing It Foundation was created to carry forward his legacy. Today, the foundation is dedicated to assisting patients and families affected by sarcoma cancer, while also raising awareness and funding vital medical research. Through a variety of events held throughout the year, we strive to provide meaningful support, hope, and resources to those impacted by this disease. Thank you to our players, sponsors, donors, volunteers, and everyone who came out to support the Swing It Foundation! From the fun on the course to the work behind the scenes, each of you helped make this tournament possible.

To our family and friends who pour so much time and heart into this foundation—we couldn’t do this without you.

Because of your generosity, we can continue providing care packages, financial assistance, and encouragement to families facing sarcoma and other rare cancers, while keeping Issac’s legacy alive.

Grab your team and join us for the 4th Annual Swing It Foundation Golf Tournament on Saturday, October 10, 2026, at Alsatian Golf Club in Castroville!

🏌️‍♂️ $600 per four-person team

Registration includes tournament entry, lunch, snacks, drink tickets, unlimited driving range access, and three game entries!

10 years ago, we lost the founder and inspiration behind the Swing It Foundation, Issac Tijerina. His heart for others and courageous fight with sarcoma became the reason this foundation was created.

Since 2017, the Swing It Foundation has supported over 600 cancer patients and families through financial assistance, care packages, research funding, and raising awareness for sarcoma.

Today, we honor Issac’s legacy and continue swinging it for every family facing this battle. 💛
