The Swing It Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established in honor of Issac Tijerina. Issac was a compassionate individual who consistently put others before himself and faced life with unwavering selflessness. During his own battle with sarcoma, he expressed a deep desire to create a foundation that would give back and support patients facing similar challenges. In keeping with hi

s heartfelt vision, the Swing It Foundation was created to carry forward his legacy. Today, the foundation is dedicated to assisting patients and families affected by sarcoma cancer, while also raising awareness and funding vital medical research. Through a variety of events held throughout the year, we strive to provide meaningful support, hope, and resources to those impacted by this disease. Hope doesn't have a season. 💛🎗

Awareness may have a month, but our mission continues every day.
Throughout July, we've had the privilege of assembling care packages and providing financial assistance to families facing sarcoma. Every basket is a reminder that no one should face this journey alone.

10 years ago, we lost the founder and inspiration behind the Swing It Foundation, Issac Tijerina. His heart for others and courageous fight with sarcoma became the reason this foundation was created.

Since 2017, the Swing It Foundation has supported over 600 cancer patients and families through financial assistance, care packages, research funding, and raising awareness for sarcoma.

Today, we honor Issac’s legacy and continue swinging it for every family facing this battle. 💛

Our 8th Annual Golf Tournament in Tyler, Texas was a tremendous success! We are so incredibly grateful for the overwhelming support from our sponsors, volunteers, and everyone who came out to be part of this special day. Your generosity and presence truly made all the difference.

A special thank you to Rossler’s BLUE CORD Barbecue—you once again blew us away with your generous donation and incredible food. It’s something we look forward to every year!

We also want to give a very heartfelt thank you to our amazing friends, Alex Permenter and Will Allen, for the countless hours, dedication, and heart they pour into planning and hosting this event. They are such an important part of our foundation, and we simply couldn’t do this without them.

A beautiful weekend at the ballpark! 🏟️⚾️

The Swing It Foundation was honored to present the Issac Tijerina award for the UT Tyler baseball program.

This award is given each year to the player who carries on his legacy both on and off the field. Congratulations to Kaston Mason, well deserved!
