Mules Cycling

Alamo Heights Mules Cycling is a cross-country mountain bike team of student-athletes in grades 6-12.

The team rides and races in the NICA Texas Interscholastic School Mountain Bike League and is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, EIN 85-1194021.

Another windy but pleasant race for the 2025 NICA season! Great job to all the high schoolers who showed up and gave it their all. We only had like, two chains break, so I'd say it went pretty well

The third race of the season at Revellie Peak was a blast! Well, more like a mini dust bowl, with the high winds and red dirt and all, but we still had fun. All the riders who showed up had a great time! Thank you and !

Wow, what an awesome race! Four Alamo Heights riders endured the cold rain and mud to race out at Millican Reserve. Everyone did amazing, especially considering how challenging the mud made this course. Bikes and riders were running off the trail completely caked in mud. It was still a blast, and we will see everyone again in two weeks at Revellie Peak!

A beautiful day in San Antonio for a ride! We explored the trails around the Fox Park and O.P Schnabel. Monkey Loop got an extension called the Shipyard, which was super fun and flowy. And of course, we continued the tradition of a picture in front of the secret rusty car!

What an awesome first race of the 2025 NICA season! The weather was perfect, albeit a bit muddy. Our team had a great time camping and riding out in Sugarland. Cheers to an amazing season!
