The Non Commissioned Officers Association (NCOA) is a federally-chartered Military Service Organization (MSO) representing Enlisted Service Members in all branches of service. The Non Commissioned Officers Association (NCOA), a Military Service Organization (MSO), was created in 1960 to address quality of life issues for enlisted members of our Active, Reserve, National Guard, Retired, and Vetera

n members of all branches of the Armed Forces as well as their families. As we have evolved, education, work force development, employment, legislative advocacy and the quality of life within our communities as well as the physical and mental health of our enlisted service men and women and their families have become our primary focus.

Join The Riley Group Medicare Solutions for Veterans for Operation Veteran Care, a free educational presentation designed to help Veterans understand how to navigate Social Security, Medicare, TRICARE for Life, Medicare Advantage Plans, and VA benefits.

This event is hosted by two Veterans who are committed to helping their fellow Veterans make informed decisions and minimize out-of-pocket health care expenses. Nothing is being sold. This is strictly an informational session to ensure you get the right answers.

The Joint Base San Antonio Military Retiree Appreciation Day (RAD) at Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC) scheduled for November 1st will not be executed as initially planned due to the current lapse in appropriations.

Affected services:

- BAMC will still conduct limited healthcare services on Saturday, 1 Nov and will publish an update soon.

- Walk-In ID Card Services WILL NOT be provided on Saturday, 1 Nov – however offices are open Monday-Wednesday, Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to noon.

We understand these changes may cause some inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding and patience. We remain committed to honoring the contributions of our military retiree community.

The San Antonio International Airport released parking changes for Veterans, which will start on 1 November 2025. You must be registered to use the parking program.

Here are some changes:

★ Complimentary parking up to 30 days in economy lots
★ Complimentary parking for Purple Heart and former POWs (unchanged)
★ 50% discount in long-term garage
★ 25% discount in short-term garage
★ Reservations must be made for all airport parking, excluding valet

Art Spark Texas is inviting current and former Service Members to submit their work for the 16th Annual Distinguished Veteran Artist Exhibit. This annual event honors the creativity and service of Veterans in the state of Texas.

🎨 Open to Texas Veterans only
🎨 2D art only (24"x36" or smaller, under 30 lbs)
🎨 No submission fee
🎨 Deadline to apply: August 29, 2025
🎨 Exhibit runs Nov. 6–30 in Georgetown, TX

The exhibit will be hosted at the Williamson County Art Guild Gallery in downtown Georgetown, Texas, accompanied by workshops and panels throughout the month in Georgetown

The Women Veterans of San Antonio are asking for hygiene supply donations to support women Veterans at the annual American GI Forum National Veterans Outreach Program's 26th Annual Stand Down, as well as for other events/distributions! Please see the attached flyer details.

Be sure to share with anyone who may be interested.

It is that time of year that we reach out and ask for hygiene supply donations to support women veterans at the annual NVOP-AGIF standdown as well as for other events/distributions! Please see the attached flyer for items we are low on-and email us to schedule pickup/drop offs! We will collect until 15 September!

Monetary donations are also welcome-please put in the information field "hygiene supplies", and any funds collected will be used to purchase necessary items!

Please share with anyone who may be interested in supporting-and thank you for all the support we get every year to support our sister vets! 🙏🏼 🥹 🎒
