Alamo Metro Chorus is celebrating our August 2026 Woman of Note - Erika Proctor Land!!! Erika has been with us a couple years now, and has quickly become one of our hardest workers!! She was a big part of our performance package last year for International and this year for Regional, she has taken on lots of creative artwork tasks and is the Co-Performance Coordinator. AND she is one of our youngest members as well!!! Last month's honoree, Jane Schlinke presented her with her award.

AMC celebrated our July Birthday Ladies last week! Kay Hernandez, Lynn Lada, Kelly Leary, and in absentia, Delaine Gaston. Adrienne Allie, the Membership Coordinator of AMC got them together so we could sing Happy Birthday!!!

Alamo Metro Chorus was privileged to sing at one of San Antonio's 3 Ronald McDonald House locations for Christmas in July!!! We have been collecting travel size toiletries and other needed items and brought them with us for their families! A couple staff members joined in our picture along with a very non-traditionally dressed Santa!
