Wow!
Don't even know what to say! Pieper ROCKS and your kids are as GREAT as I have always told you!
14 cadets participated in South Texas Leadership Academy. There were 27 schools represented and something like 350 cadets.
3 of our cadets were HONOR cadets...

There were only 8 cadets recognized- OMG this is HUGE!
But it did NOT stop there, 1 of the 8 was chosen as the Distinguished grad ( #1)
Ladies and gentlemen I am so proud to announce cadet Flieger was the camp Distinguished grad!

Day 1 in the books. What a blur...
Check in, classes, drill, wall locker prep, and now quick showers to prepare for our first battalion run in the morning!

Please know I'm trying to get all the cadets in pictures, but I am also running a platoon. Forgive me if you don't see your cadet, we have almost 350 leaders here

Tomorrow is orienteering, water survival, leadership 1 and 2 and more time on the drill deck prepping for personnel inspections

Leadership Academy graduation!
Cadets Gusman, War Cry, and Queen are now proud recipients of the coveted Silver Cord!

Unbelievable how fast time has gone- we will graduate tomorrow at 0900 and these cadets are awesome!

First battalion run this morning, roughly 200 cadets!
Had a wall locker inspection to end yesterday- we will receive a personnel inspection today and have completed our leadership written examination.

Hello parents,
If you have a cadet attending Leadership Academy (this week) or Basic Leadership Training Camp (next week)… A graduation ceremony will be held on the morning of the last day of each camp at 9 AM. Please see below for directions and info.

Day one- check in, platoon assignments, safety briefings and camp rules
It was busy for sure
Day two- early morning PT test; our cadets did fine, all passed and moving forward
Lots of drill, several hours spent on walk lockers, and today we will begin prepping for the uniform inspection tomorrow afternoon
