At the age of 16, Josue Barea Torres was not only the co-founderr but also the exact life representation of what WDOG Legacy vision stands for. On a summer afternoon in July 2007, Josue and a couple young dudes began on a journey that they had no idea what the outcome would be. Faith in the God of the scriptures was all they had.
Josue and his friends were filled with passion, hope, and character. A few months after losing his mom to cancer in 2005-2006, Josue was sparked with a desire to live a life & leave a legacy for Jesus Christ. A legacy not common to man. Josue was in love with God, and the trials that he was faced with furthered his passion to live a life of purpose & love.
These young dudes came together to be different, not conformed but set apart, just like Romans 12:1-2 says. While other peeps their age were looking for their identity, they found theirs in living for God. Three years in the ministry they showed and incredible amount of growth & maturity. The grace of God.
No matter your race, gender, height, etc., you have a strong purpose in life. And we want to help you find it!
Christ is alive, and the individuals coming together from all parts of the world in this community are a life testimony of this...what will your legacy be?
