Hey BSU Family! We hope y’all had an amazing spring break and are staying cool in this nice yet hot weather. But check this out….last meeting we played Black Taboo, and before that, Hot Topics. BUT THIS TIME, we wild’n out!! We want you to come Kick it in the Classroom and show off your Hood Jeopardy skills at our next general meeting this Thursday, March 26th from 6-8pm in Northrup 214. We’ll discuss club updates and opportunities but most importantly we will discuss probably the most important time of the year: Election Day!! We love y’all but we don’t wanna hear no excuses or anyone Talking Spit… all we want is to see you there and we will see who wins — fair and square. See y’all sooooonnnn!! Hold on now… I know yall feel that chill in the air🥶 That’s okay though, because BSU is always coming with the heat! We’re calling all freshmen to our second annual Freshman bonfire!🔥 This event is made BY freshmen FOR freshmen, and it is a chance for the class of 2029 to gather, eat, play games, and get to know their peers better! After all, yall do have another 3 years together, might as well get cozy! 🥰 The bonfire is this Thursday, November 13, from 5:30 - 7:00 pm at the Murchison fire pit. We hope to see yall there!

Hello Family! The Black Student Union is partnering with EY to host a collaborative event this Thursday, October 2, from 4:00–6:00 PM in the Waxahachie Room (Coates 237)! Students will have the opportunity to participate in mock interviews and gain valuable insight into the accounting industry and job market.

EY (Ernst & Young) is a global professional services firm offering services in assurance (audit), tax, consulting, and strategy and transactions, as one of the Big Four accounting networks. Formed in 1989 from a merger of Ernst & Whinney and Arthur Young & Co., EY provides services to clients worldwide through a network of member firms located in over 150 countries.
