Help keep Brackenridge Park healthy and welcoming for people, plants, and wildlife. Families and participants of all ages are welcome, and all cleanup materials will be provided.

Koehler Pavilion
All-levels strength, cardio, and functional movement with Letty Mendoza.

🧘 Pilates | 5:30–6:30 PM
Joske Pavilion
Beginner-friendly, low-impact movement focused on core strength and flexibility with Danielle DeCotis-Holmes.

From Brackenridge Park to the San Antonio Zoo! 🎋

Thanks to our partnership with , invasive bamboo removed from Brackenridge Park is getting a second life as enrichment for the zoo’s animals.

What was once an invasive plant in the park is now providing opportunities for play, exploration, and natural behaviors for wildlife at the zoo—a win for conservation, sustainability, and our community.

We’re grateful to the San Antonio Zoo for helping us turn restoration into something meaningful.

Start your morning with an energizing Tai Chi session, then stay for an immersive sound bath led by Ana Flores and Yoga Divina. Set alongside the calming flow of the San Antonio River, this peaceful experience invites you to relax, reset, and ease into your week.

What a beautiful journey we took to the Caribbean last night courtesy of Ras Jamin 🇯🇲🇬🇧📍🇺🇸 and All The Vibes.
And what a nostalgic night for all the locals who grew up going to Bob Fest at Sunken Gardens. It was truly one for the books.

We honestly can’t think of a better way to have closed out a DISCO ALFRESCO 🌼🪩🌼 Summer of love and unity. Reggae is ALL LOVE - just like us. We love you San Antonio. We love you Brackenridge Park Conservancy. We love you dance music!

We hope you keep dancing and turning strangers into new friends until we meet again.

Join us for the final Disco Alfresco of the summer at the historic Sunken Garden Theater!

We're closing out the season with ISLAND HEAT—an All the Vibez takeover featuring DJ Jamie Dred. Bring your flag and get ready for a night of dancehall, reggae, Caribbean, and global rhythms in one of San Antonio's most iconic outdoor venues.

Enjoy an evening of music, dancing, food trucks, local vendors, and community. All ages are welcome, and you're encouraged to bring your own cooler and make a night of it with friends and family.

Help us give invasive bamboo a new purpose! 🎋

Join Brackenridge Park Conservancy's Conservancy Crew for our first-ever Invasive Bamboo Removal Volunteer Event.

Together, we'll remove invasive bamboo along Avenue B and prepare it for reuse by our partners at the San Antonio Zoo, helping support enrichment for the animals while restoring native habitat in the park.

📍 Meet behind The Acorn School (look for the Conservancy table next to the empty lot)

We'll provide loppers, gloves, eye protection, and knee pads. Please bring a reusable water bottle, sunscreen, and bug spray, and wear long sleeves, long pants, and closed-toe shoes.

Please note: This event requires lifting up to 20 lbs., kneeling on uneven ground, bending, and navigating uneven terrain. Participants must be 18 years or older.
