The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo™ has decided to remove the entry limit for the 2026 Open Beef Cattle Show. The entry deadline will remain the same, which is February 1, 2026.

Since they are opening entries as they have in the past, it is very likely that they will have to reduce stall space. Below are a few reminders per HLSR parameters when entering and adding additional entries:

1. Stall space is not guaranteed for each entry fee paid in the show and refunds on entry fees will not be made after the entry deadline.
2. Arrival rates will be enforced.
3. If arrival rates are not adhered to, penalties will be enforced.
4. The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo is an Invitational Show. They reserve the right to extend, withhold, or revoke an invitation to any Exhibitor or Contestant.
