In collaboration with Heart Galleries of Texas and other regional partners, our goal is to increase positive, permanency outcomes for youth in foster care through adoption. We redefine the narrative of youth in foster care with i

nnovative storytelling to restore the dignity of young people affected by trauma and to catalyze the development of loving families formed through adoption. By bolstering the pathway to permanency, the collaborative framework of Heart Gallery empowers youth to build independent, successful futures. MISSION:
