A little update to our weekly Westie schedule! 💕

For the time being, we will no longer be hosting our Wednesday Open Practices. We’re so grateful to everyone who has joined us on Wednesdays, practiced with us, shared knowledge, and helped make that space so welcoming. 🫶

💗 A HUGE THANK YOU TO DANCE LIFE

We want to give a very special thank you to for opening their doors to our West Coast Swing community and hosting our Wednesday practices for so many years.

Having a consistent space to practice, learn from one another, and simply spend time together has played such an important part in our community. We are incredibly grateful to Dance Life for giving San Antonio Westies a place to call home on Wednesday nights for all these years. 🥹💕

Thank you, Dance Life, for being part of our community and our story!

Here are where you can find west coast swing on a weekly basis:

✨ TUESDAYS | 6:45 PM—9:45PM
Come out for our amazing weekly social — classes, dancing, friends, and all the Westie fun!

✨ SUNDAYS | 5:00–8:00 PM
We still have THREE full hours of Open Practice! Come work on your dancing, ask questions, practice with friends, or just get some extra floor time in.

UPDATE: We will be swapping the last two Sundays of the month! We will be moving the practice originally held on the 18th to the 25th instead! Please tell your westie friends that we will not be holding practice THIS Sunday at Kathy Marfin's.

You may have noticed this post came a bit later than normal and that’s because our city has some super exciting NEWS TO SHARE! You may have already heard the big news that San Antonio Social is moving their classes and social to Tuesday nights at Sway Dance Studio 🥳 We are so so excited to start up this next chapter of our community. 🩵

If Tuesdays don’t work out for you, check out all the other places to dance WCS for the rest of the month!🗓️

Swing Antonio will be held on Friday the 30th this month at Sway Dance Studio, and COSTUMES ARE WELCOME🖤

Today was our last weekly class and social at Dance Life Studio! ❤️

Although we’ll be saying goodbye to our weekly gatherings, we’re excited to announce that we’ll be transitioning to monthly workshops for both beginner and advanced dancers!

We look forward to continuing to grow our West Coast Swing community, learning together, and sharing our love of dance.

Stay tuned! We’ll be announcing the dates for our first workshops very soon. 🎉

Thank you to everyone who has been part of our weekly classes and socials. We appreciate you and can’t wait to see you on the dance floor again!
