We are all beneficiaries of the brave Americans who have served or still serve with pride and reverence for this nation. To all of those who have given their time and commitment, and those who made ultimate sacrifice, we thank you. To the families who hold it all together while their spouse is serving our country: we are blessed every day by your sacrifices. You are as brave as your soldier's and should not be forgotten: Thank you.

If you see a Veteran or an active duty soldier ANY DAY thank them for their service, but especially today: we thank you.

God bless this country and all who defend her freedoms.

As we get ready to celebrate Independence day with our friends and family: please keep our Soldiers and their families in your prayers. They are the Americans make these types of celebrations possible. Today, with the help of Southwest Airlines, we will help the Warrior Veterans at The South Texas VA and their families staying at The South Texas VA Fisher House celebrate the 4th as well. There are never enough opportunities to thank or to serve these courageous men and women.

This Memorial Day weekend we honor those who have fallen in service to our country. Please don't forget what these true American Heroes have done for us. It is through their sacrifice that we have the freedom to live the way we do every day.

Happy 2017 Everyone! So many times we think about giving back to our Warrior Veterans and their families, but find ourselves not having a lot of free time. Not every act of kindness requires vast amounts of time. We are always looking toward being able to continue our service for the South Texas VA Fisher house. Would you like to get involved? Do you travel or have a company who's employees travel a lot? Our Fisher House provides a welcome package to each of our guests upon check-in We can put those little hotel shampoo, conditioner, etc... to good use. Send us a message if you or your company can help.

The South Texas Fisher House has a need I am hoping our friends and supporters can help us with: we are looking for an accountant to help us establish the house as an independent 501c3. If you think you know someone who is willing to put in a little bit of "pro bono" work, please let us know. We would like to do this ASAP.
