The Monte Viejo Community Association is in the 78223 area, working to foster a community of engagement, involvement, and culture. By forming partnerships with local area businesses, small and large, this partnership helps to meet our goal to help foster engagement and educate our community. We partner with East Central Independent School District, District 3 Phyllis Viagran's office, Texas State

House District 119 Representative Elizabeth Campos, RBFCU, Arboretum San Antonio, Cane's, McAlister's, and Humana to provide our community with the tools needed to succeed.

Don’t miss our upcoming Community Rummage Sale and Vendor Market set for next Sat May 2 from 9am - 3pm located in two neighborhoods Woodbridge at Monte Viejo and Monte Viejo Community Association located right off of Southeast Military Drive and Fairlawn, Dr. and Southeast Military Drive in Emory Oak Drive!

Multiple homes in both neighborhoods will have yard sales going on some Friday and Saturday through Sunday with the main Vendor Market and joint Rummage Sale will happen on Saturday May 2 at Monte Viejo Park located at 4011 Emory Oak Dr from 9am-3pm.

There will be a coffee truck Lil Sunshine and Sweetness and Dreamers on Wheels food truck will be there along with several homeowners and small businesses selling as a one stop shop to find something old and something new!

Please come out to see what you can find throughout the neighborhood all weekend long!!

Coming up in May, our Annual Community Rummage Sale & Vendor Market at Monte Viejo Park Sat May 2, there will be some great vendors, both small businesses' and homeowners selling joint at the park and homes throughout Monte Viejo Neighborhood and Woodbridge at Monte Viejo neighborhood that weekend!!

Thank you to those of you who reach out through this page when you’re having issues whether it’s with your Spectrum online account, ACC request or any other issues or concerns in our neighborhood. We created this page as a board to help kerp everyone on top of all things happening in our neighborhood from events to HOA meetings Construction from the city, etc..
