Every parent shows up for their kid — even when it's really hard.

Today is Global Day of Parents, and we want to take a moment to honor every caregiver out there doing their best — especially the ones quietly stretching every dollar, every resource, every ounce of energy just to keep their little ones comfortable and cared for.

That's exactly why we're here. Through our Parenting Essentials program, we make sure families in South-Central Texas have the diapers they need — because no parent should have to choose between that and groceries.

To every parent in our community: we see you. And we're grateful to stand alongside you. 💛

Every package wrapped is a quiet act of care.

Thank you to the JP Morgan Chase volunteers who showed up, gave their time, and helped Texas Diaper Bank prepare essential supplies for the families we serve.

Your support helps move diapers, period products, and other basic necessities from our shelves into the hands of parents, caregivers, older adults, and individuals who need them most.

It may look like wrapping diapers, sorting products, or preparing supplies. But to someone receiving help, it can mean relief, dignity, and one less impossible choice.

We are grateful for your time, your teamwork, and your heart for this community.

Thank you, JPMorganChase for standing with Texas families.

Menstrual health is a Human Right 🩸

No woman, girl, or person who menstruates should have to miss school, skip work, or stay home because they do not have access to period products.

A period should never mean feeling ashamed, unprepared, or forced to choose between basic needs.

When people have access to menstrual products, clean restrooms, and accurate information about their bodies, they can move through the day with dignity and confidence.

Menstrual health is about more than products. It is about education, privacy, health, dignity, and the ability to fully participate in school, work, family, and community life.

Share this post if you agree that menstrual health is a human right 💥

This smile says more than we ever could.

For a child, diapers mean comfort.
For a parent, they can mean relief.
For a family, they can mean one less impossible choice this week.

At Texas Diaper Bank, moments like this happen because people choose to care. Every pack of diapers helps protect a child’s health, dignity, and well-being.

And sometimes, it looks exactly like this.

Today, we honor their service, their sacrifice, and the families who carry their legacy.

Memorial Day is a time to remember the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

It is also a reminder to live with gratitude for those who served, the families who stood beside them, and the communities they helped protect.

At Texas Diaper Bank, we believe giving back is one way to carry that gratitude forward. Whether through service, compassion, or showing up for someone in need, every act of care matters.

Today, we pause with respect.
We remember with gratitude.
And we honor those who gave everything.

Most of the world has no idea this is happening right here in Texas. 💙

An estimated 2 million Texas seniors are living with incontinence every single day. Supplies aren't covered by Medicare and can cost hundreds of dollars a month. So many are left managing quietly, alone, and without help.

That's why Texas Diaper Bank exists. We provide free incontinence supplies to seniors across Texas because dignity is not a luxury, it's a right.

Share this post so the silent struggle seniors face every day is finally heard. Every share brings us one step closer to making sure no Texas senior has to choose between their dignity and their groceries.

Need does not have an age limit.

It can look like a baby waiting for a clean diaper.
It can look like an elder quietly going without the incontinence supplies they need.
It can look like a caregiver trying to make one package last longer than it should.

These are basic needs, but for many families, they are out of reach.

Texas Diaper Bank helps provide diapers, wipes, period products, and incontinence supplies to Texans facing difficult choices every day.

Because dignity should not depend on age, income, or circumstance.

A $35 monthly gap may not sound like much — until it decides whether a baby has enough clean diapers.

For many families, diapers are one of the most stressful basic needs to keep up with. The average monthly cost of diapers can reach about $100 per child, and when families fall short, parents are forced to stretch supplies, delay changes, or make impossible choices between diapers and other essentials.

Diapers are not covered by most public assistance programs, even though they are necessary for a baby’s health, comfort, and dignity.

At Texas Diaper Bank, we believe no parent should have to worry about keeping their child clean, dry, and healthy because diapers are out of reach.

Every diaper helps close the gap.

Imagine missing school because you could not afford toilet paper.

For most of us, that feels unthinkable.

But for some students, not having access to period products can create a similar barrier. When these basic hygiene items are out of reach, students may have to worry about leaks, discomfort, embarrassment, or trying to make products last longer than they should.

No student should have to miss class because they do not have access to basic hygiene products.

Period products are not a luxury. They are part of health, dignity, and education.

This Period Poverty Awareness Week, Texas Diaper Bank is helping raise awareness and provide essential period products to families and students who need them.

Because every student deserves the chance to show up with confidence.
