Behind every box is someone who needs support.

For some, it’s diapers for a baby.
For others, it’s incontinence products for a senior, a person with a disability, or a family doing their best to make it through the month.

At Texas Diaper Bank, every box loaded into our van represents more than supplies. It represents dignity, relief, and one less impossible choice for someone in our community.

Because basic needs can’t wait.

A baby’s mental health starts with feeling safe, seen, and cared for.

During Infant Mental Health Awareness Week, we’re reminded that the earliest moments of connection matter. A calm voice, a clean diaper, a warm bottle, a safe place to rest, and a caregiver who feels supported can all help a baby feel secure.

For many families, meeting those basic needs is not always easy. That’s why supporting parents and caregivers is also part of supporting babies.

At Texas Diaper Bank, we see how something as simple as diapers, wipes, and other essential items can bring relief to a household and help caregivers focus on what matters most: bonding, comforting, and caring for their little ones.

Because every baby deserves more than survival. Every baby deserves the chance to feel safe, loved, and supported from the very beginning.

Babies can't tell you they're stressed. But they feel everything.

When parents are overwhelmed — even over something as basic as running out of diapers — babies absorb that. It shows up in their bodies, their sleep, their sense of safety.

This Infant Mental Health Awareness Week, we're reminded that the basics aren't small. They're the foundation everything else is built on. 🧡

Every parent shows up for their kid — even when it's really hard.

Today is Global Day of Parents, and we want to take a moment to honor every caregiver out there doing their best — especially the ones quietly stretching every dollar, every resource, every ounce of energy just to keep their little ones comfortable and cared for.

That's exactly why we're here. Through our Parenting Essentials program, we make sure families in South-Central Texas have the diapers they need — because no parent should have to choose between that and groceries.

To every parent in our community: we see you. And we're grateful to stand alongside you. 💛

Every package wrapped is a quiet act of care.

Thank you to the JP Morgan Chase volunteers who showed up, gave their time, and helped Texas Diaper Bank prepare essential supplies for the families we serve.

Your support helps move diapers, period products, and other basic necessities from our shelves into the hands of parents, caregivers, older adults, and individuals who need them most.

It may look like wrapping diapers, sorting products, or preparing supplies. But to someone receiving help, it can mean relief, dignity, and one less impossible choice.

We are grateful for your time, your teamwork, and your heart for this community.

Thank you, JPMorganChase for standing with Texas families.

Menstrual health is a Human Right 🩸

No woman, girl, or person who menstruates should have to miss school, skip work, or stay home because they do not have access to period products.

A period should never mean feeling ashamed, unprepared, or forced to choose between basic needs.

When people have access to menstrual products, clean restrooms, and accurate information about their bodies, they can move through the day with dignity and confidence.

Menstrual health is about more than products. It is about education, privacy, health, dignity, and the ability to fully participate in school, work, family, and community life.

Share this post if you agree that menstrual health is a human right 💥

This smile says more than we ever could.

For a child, diapers mean comfort.
For a parent, they can mean relief.
For a family, they can mean one less impossible choice this week.

At Texas Diaper Bank, moments like this happen because people choose to care. Every pack of diapers helps protect a child’s health, dignity, and well-being.

And sometimes, it looks exactly like this.

Today, we honor their service, their sacrifice, and the families who carry their legacy.

Memorial Day is a time to remember the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

It is also a reminder to live with gratitude for those who served, the families who stood beside them, and the communities they helped protect.

At Texas Diaper Bank, we believe giving back is one way to carry that gratitude forward. Whether through service, compassion, or showing up for someone in need, every act of care matters.

Today, we pause with respect.
We remember with gratitude.
And we honor those who gave everything.
