Such sweetness!!! Why should an adult wear a life jacket in open water recreation??? An adult can not focus on saving their child if they are having to focus on saving themselves!

I went to a small celebration for Susan Naylor’s birthday and had a very funny and real moment. Ms. Naylor is a big supporter of Mitchell’s Landing and the Vice President of her foundation was at the party, Rex.

Rex sees our posts because of Ms. Naylor’s involvement. At the party I was talking about “Marvin” and Rex said “that’s not your husband’s name! I swear it is something else!”

I’m trying to figure out what can my husband’s other name be when someone yells “DOCTOR Chang!”

Rex and everyone light up and yell “Yes!!! DOCTOR Chang!!”🫢🤣😂🤣

It has happened! A Chang boy has broken his arm and of all places a playground! 😩🤪🫠

We were trying out a new playground this weekend in Round Rock and life happened. When leaving the hospital Tristan said “Joanne Land playground is not as good as Mitchell’s Landing.”

Who remembers Blades of Fluffy, the bottle fed foster kitten born on the night of last year’s flood?!?! Wow has he grown!

Fostering the 3 kittens was one of the most rewarding experiences we have had! The Chang Boys gave all the love they had, to make sure the babies were well socialized and good kittens.

All of the boys still talk about the kittens today! You can help too by fostering kittens or puppies. It’s okay if you don’t have time for bottle feeding kittens, rescues have litters of all ages that would do better in a home environment. Reach out to local rescues or shelters to sign up!

One of our amazing followers asked if we have tried Mango Peach Salsa yet…..uhhh no but sure did right away!!! 💃

It was so unbelievably good!!😋. Evan and Dr. Chang ate it in less than 30 minutes so good! When I went back to H-E-B for a second…or third tub, I saw the saddest sight!

If you see it, grab it! It’s super yummy! Unless you go to my H-E-B, then we do not recommend. 😅🤪

Tristan working on his swim endurance!!! The type of swim lesson your child needs will change. That’s normal!

Once they learn life saving skills, they need to learn swim strokes, then they need endurance for distance without tiring and changing directions. Learning to be a good swimmer is a process!

It is normal for siblings to need different types of lessons. Every child’s need is different! Some swim lesson locations offer the full range of swim lessons, which make it easy for families with multiple level swimmers.

There is something out there for everyone. Find what fits your family, child, and is safe.
